Organic, fairly-traded heirloom pu-erh tea from Yunnan (fermented in the traditional manner which results in a smooth, rich brew) mingles with cacao, cardamom, ceylon cinnamon, and a trio of organic nutritive healing roots: ginger, turmeric and ashwagandha. A touch of saffron, black pepper and south Indian vanilla lend a touch of sweetness and spice to round out this nourishing blend, meant to be simmered in the style of a traditional chai.
