A calming blend of herbs and flowers for the evening hours to help you relax and unwind. Creamy on it's own but tastes even better with a dash of oat milk.

Ingredients: *milky oats, *chamomile, *roses, *tulsi, *cardamom, *passionflower, wild mint, *mugwort, *catnip (*organic)

3 oz of loose tea in compostable paper packet, about 21 servings.
